EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Manarat International University is one of the famous private universities in Dhaka. The university has trying to give most facilities for their teachers and employees as like as others university. The university is collecting a skilled teacher’s and employees so that they can make a good education and service for student.
This report titled “Human Resource Movement Analysis Using Markov Model: A Study on Manarat International University” is mainly deals with teachers and employees movement of the famous university. The full report is segmented into four chapters. The first chapter of the report will give an idea about how the report is being prepared and background, rational matter, objectives, scope methodology and limitations of the study. The second chapter gives a detailed description of the institute, its history, goals, mission, vision, ownership, strategies etc. Third chapter is about some literature where this model has been used successfully. Fourth chapter is the Analysis and Findings of the study is one of the most important parts of the report. It conveys the uses of the model by which it have shown that what is the current human movement ration of Manarat International University. At chapter five, various conclusions and recommendations have been reached based the on analysis and findings.

At last, I tried my level best to make sure that every single practice of the institute is being described in such a way that it will help anyone to get a clear conception about the organization though there have some limitation.
